people that dont like trails being made for any other use other than theirs (other trail users of different types) and they decided to steal and make a point. pisses me off that trail builders go to great lengths to get trails approved and step through the hoops and crap like this happens. they should have the suspect if convicted build the rest of the trails out at stubs. hope all turns out for the best.
